The Opportunity
Own the growth of a household-name food portfolio on the world's biggest online shelves. As E-Commerce Manager, you'll steer Amazon, Walmart and other high-impact digital channels, directing a team of top-tier agency partners while shaping strategy at the highest level. - Run the show across Amazon, Walmart and other active e-commerce channels, keeping day-to-day operations sharp and growth moving.
- Hold agency partners accountable for their Scope of Work, from PPC advertising to creative content to budget and performance tracking.
- Shape where the money goes by tracking and recommending budget allocations by brand.
- Be the connective tissue between operations, marketing, sales and finance, aligning e-commerce strategy with business objectives.
- Sit at the table with key retail customer contacts such as Vendor Managers, and help negotiate annual JBP terms and Co-Op fees.
- Partner with Brand Marketing and Digital Shelf teams to lead optimization of product listings: titles, bullets, images and keywords.
- Stay ahead of the curve on retailer policies, tools and e-commerce best practices.
- Solve problems before they become fires: chargebacks, shortages, listing errors and profitability.
- Protect the business by monitoring inventory, listing health, suppressions and compliance, and taking corrective action fast.
- Work with Ops planning to keep volume forecasts accurate and planning-system data clean.
- Turn data into insight with monthly reporting on sales, advertising performance and key KPIs.
- Guide SEO and SEM strategy to keep the brand aligned with best practices and long-term goals.
- Keep billing and invoicing on track in partnership with internal teams.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce or a related field.
- 3+ years in e-commerce, including 1+ year focused on Amazon Vendor Central.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central, paid advertising and e-commerce optimization strategies.
- Strong Excel, data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and management skills, with the confidence to lead agency partners and influence internal teams.
