Position Summary:
Responsible for managing products online from setup through the time it is served to the customer. Lead and influences promotional strategy and marketing components to drive revenue. Execute growth/corporate initiatives related to the digital merchandise business across the enterprise. Drive revenue for several categories online and partners with the experience team to ensure categories are served up in the right way to drive conversion. Manage a team of associates to achieve digital objectives. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage the Product, Price, Promotions, Placement and Marketing of a set of categories that are displayed digitally across .com modalities
Create effective and innovative online merchandising strategies to drive total category sales and profitability in partnership with Merchandising
Drive the assortment strategy for a set of categories to achieve online sales, merchandising margin and gross profit goals across all digital modalities
Influence cross-functional business leaders in establishing business objectives and goals specific to Omnichannel
Drive decisions utilizing data to get ahead of trends across all landscapes and apply knowledge to drive conversion growth
Partner with marketing to activate marketing plans as well as develop Omnichannel supporting campaigns to drive awareness and conversion
Lead promotional plans for a set of categories to activate and unlock key campaigns that drive traffic, conversion an AOV improvements
Partner with merchant groups to activate all significant product launches with the necessary supporting marketing and web specific activities
Lead strategic conversations on category positions and present products within the online store to drive traffic, conversion, and average order value driving a cohesive strategy supporting category missions and simplifying customers online experience for the category
Manage lifecycle of assortment of the digital shelf for a set of categories from strategy to item set-up, sell down strategies, buy plans and rationalization of an item
Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
Travel 25% of the time

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent specializing in Merchandising and/or management or a related discipline
10 + years of merchandising experience
Ability to attract, motivate, lead, and retain exceptional talent and can clearly articulate vision and purpose
Proven ability to balance long-range, strategic leadership approach with near-term, detailed, day-to-day operational imperatives
Ability to achieve objectives through others
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proven ability to bring resolution under challenging circumstances
Effective oral and written communication skills including formal presentation
