The Replenishment Manager will be solely responsible for maintaining a sound business relationship between CPG Client and Kroger corporate replenishment area by maintaining ongoing communication and appropriate replenishment standards for all Kroger Distribution Centers across the United States. MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES – other duties assigned as required: • Responsible for maintaining service standards for Store “in stock” items. • Provide weekly update of highlights to Kroger; giving metrics and commentary on all issues related to product and service delivery. • Provide detailed analysis for forecasting. • Act as liaison between Kroger replenishment team and customer service area to identify and resolve issues. • Analyze store trends and develop systems to accommodate service standards based on needs. • Maintain a vigorous attention to detail and initial work accuracy, as this role is data driven and demands accuracy.
